Maria Gronlund was born and raised in Denmark. She attended the music academy at the age of 19. Then she dedicated her life to learn and play piano. But later in her 30's she decided to learn and to become a graphic designer. The visual characters that her work posses is color, she uses many unique colors in her work. She uses many different shapes, that look well with her backrounds/ designs. She uses emphasis as well in all her designs.The major ideas behind the artists work is just doing what she loved. she didn't say if it was a personal, political, or social purpose, she just said she decided to study and become a graphic designer. This graphic designer influenced my work by making me use many shapes in a artistic way instead of just making random shapes. She has made me use more unique colors to bring more attention to my designs. She has made me a better designer by putting more of myself in my own work. She inspired me to do this sunset because of her unique colors. I used unique objects too that are not normally used. I avoided gradients as well because she does not typically use gra
